The square has many functions and changes in character for those who use it. Some days it is a market, other days there is room for water games and yet other days it is a skating rink. The square is like a chameleon that regularly changes character according to external influences such as weather variability, texture and seasonal color change. A large asphalt surface cracks in different directions and collects rainwater and runoff from water columns of different folds and levels. Large colourful flowerbeds encircle the square. The beds are positioned either above or below ground level, and create seating with these subtle level shifts.
